BY CLICKING YES BELOW AND USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE SET FORTH BELOW.  FUTURE REVISIONS OR ADDITIONS TO THESE TERMS OF USE MAY OCCUR FROM TIME TO TIME.  CONTINUED USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY BLADEMAX SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SUCH REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO VISIT THE WEBSITE AND REVIEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERIODICALLY.
1. OVERVIEW
This website and service (“Service”) is operated by BAM Concepts, LLC (“BLADEMAX,” “we,” or “us”). By using our Service—including our subscription blade care solution delivery based on calculated usage cycles—you agree to these “Terms.” Read them carefully. If you disagree, stop using our Service immediately.     All sales are final.  Subscriptions for 2 ounce bottles are shipped in bundles of 2 bottles every 4 months and 4 ounce bottles are shipped every 4 months with 1 bottle.  All other orders are shipped as requested for each transaction.
Our core offering is a precision blade cleaning and preservation solution product and subscription service that extends the usability of your existing razor blades through our proprietary cleaning technology. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute razors or razor blades—we provide solutions that maximize the performance and longevity of blades you already own.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
2.1 No Returns Policy
All subscription orders and individual purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with products.  This is for the assurance of our liquid technology remaining pure and uncompromised for our customers.
2.2 Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for: • Defective products upon delivery (report within 48 hours with photographic evidence) • Damaged packaging resulting in product contamination • Non-shipment due to BLADEMAX error within 30 days of scheduled delivery • Unauthorized charges (dispute within 60 days of charge date).
2.3 Refund Process
To qualify for eligible refunds: • Products must be unused and in original packaging • Proof of purchase required • Contact info@blademaxsystem.com with order number and photographic evidence • Refund processing takes 5-10 business days after approval.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
3.1 Auto-Renewal of Credit Card Payment
Billing frequency is on a monthly basis for 1 year’s worth of a subscription.  Subscription will auto renew at the 12 month mark, unless cancelled at least 2 weeks before renewal date.  
.  If you fail to pay amounts or charges of any kind when due, we may, at our option, cease performance of our obligations without default until such time as the amounts or charges are paid or terminate your subscription.
3.2 Cancellation
Cancel anytime by: • Emailing info@blademaxsystem.com • Managing your subscription via your account dashboard
To avoid your next charge, cancel 2 weeks before we process your shipment (shipment status tracked in your dashboard). Cancellations take effect after your current shipment cycle completes.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the content on the website at any time in our sole discretion.  We will not be liable if any portion of the website is unavailable from time to time.  We may restrict access to certain areas of the website from time to time for maintenance or other purposes in our discretion.  We reserve the right to refuse service, delete, edit content or delete accounts and orders, at our sole discretion.
3.3 Price Changes
Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Your continued use of the Service after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
3.4 Shipping Costs
All orders include a minimum  $6.25 shipping fee for ground advantage delivery within the lower 48 United States via USPS. This fee is non-refundable.  Higher rates will apply for faster delivery services such as USPS Priority.
4. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY
4.1 Product Clarification
BLADEMAX Systems provides blade cleaning and preservation solutions only. We do not manufacture, sell, distribute, or provide razors or razor blades. Our products are designed to extend the life and performance of razor blades you purchase separately from other retailers.
4.2 Safety Requirements
Our blade cleaning solutions are formulated for razor blade maintenance. By purchasing, you confirm that you: • Are 18 years of age or older • Will use solutions only as directed for blade cleaning purposes • Will store products securely away from children and pets • Understand proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning solutions • Will not ingest, spray into eyes, or use solutions for any purpose other than blade cleaning
4.3 Limited Product Warranty
We warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover: • Normal depletion of cleaning solution through intended use • Damage from misuse or use contrary to instructions • Modifications or alterations to products • Results or performance of cleaned blades (blade performance depends on original blade quality and condition).  Your exclusive remedy for any breach of the above warranty will be the provision of replacement  products or a refund of amounts paid for defective product, in our sole discretion.
THE WARRANTY ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND BLADEMAX HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN REPRESENTATIONS, PROPOSALS OR STATEMENTS MADE PRIOR TO THESE TERMS.
4.4 Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLADEMAX IS NOT LIABLE FOR: • Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines • Cuts, nicks, or irritation from use of cleaned blades • Performance of razor blades after cleaning (we do not guarantee blade sharpness or longevity) • Consequential or special damages (for example, lost time, missed appointments, etc.), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages • Damages exceeding the amount paid for products in the preceding 12 months.
4.5 No Blade Performance Guarantees
While our solutions are designed to extend blade usability, we make no guarantees about blade sharpness, performance, or lifespan after cleaning. Blade performance depends on numerous factors including original blade quality, usage patterns, and individual skin sensitivity.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Geographic Coverage
We ship primarily within the United States (lower 48 states) via USPS. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at specifically calculated rates separate from our standard rates and shipping providers.  
5.2 Delivery Terms
Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. Standard delivery is 3-7business days with USPS standard ground and 1-3 business days with USPS Priority. Report lost or missing packages within 14 days of expected delivery.
5.3 Risk Transfer
Risk of loss transfers to you when USPS scans the package for pickup. BLADEMAX is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or lost packages after carrier pickup.
6. ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
6.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.  If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account and access to your account.  Your use of the website is at your sole and absolute risk.  Communications between you and us will occur electronically through the website (including notifications or updates from us), over the telephone, and through emails.  For legal purposes, electronic communications between you and us are accepted as written communications.    
6.2 Privacy

7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not: • Resell BLADEMAX products without written authorization • Use cleaning solutions for any purpose other than blade cleaning • Reverse-engineer our proprietary cleaning formulations • Create fraudulent accounts or abuse our referral programs • Use our Service for any illegal purposes • Market or represent our products as razor or blade sales
8. PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 Payment Processing
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is automatically charged when your subscription shipment is processed based on your calculated usage cycle.
8.2 Failed Payments
Failed payments may result in subscription suspension. We may charge reasonable fees for declined transactions. Service resumes upon successful payment.
9. CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING
WARNING: This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
This warning applies to certain materials that may be present in cleaning solution formulations or packaging materials.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
BLADEMAX is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
BLADEMAX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing Law
Any disputes regarding the Terms or the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Jurisdiction
The parties hereto hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, for purposes of enforcing these Terms or resolving any disputes or disagreements arising out of these Terms. You hereby waive any objection that you may now or hereafter have that such action was brought in an inconvenient venue and agrees not to plead or claim the same.  
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12.4 Attorneys’ Fees
If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret these Terms, each party will be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
